Is there a free tier?
Yes. Ask the engineer without an account, or sign up free with your email + boat info to save your thread and use the app across days. Paid plans unlock unlimited chat, the full dashboard, and the signed inspection log.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Try the engineer as a guest with no signup. Free membership only asks for email + your boat's make, model, and year so answers get more specific. Card is only required when you're ready to upgrade.
Is there a free trial?
Fleet Management includes a 14-day trial with every paid feature: unlimited chat, the full dashboard, saved inspection log with PDF export, and multi-vessel views. Cancel any time in your account and you're not charged. Yacht Master starts immediately with the same cancel-anytime policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account in one click. Your inspection log and vessel profile stay accessible; you just drop back to the free tier. No support call, no retention offer wall.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your vessel profile, inspection log, and chat threads stay on your account and remain exportable. If you delete your account, everything is removed within 30 days per our privacy policy.
